Moo Printing
Every now and then you come across a product-based company that functions like a service business. Moo Inc. knows their customers and loves to take care of them. With creativity, quality, customer service and reasonable prices, MOO Inc. is making some happy customers.
I was in need of new business cards a few months ago and didn’t want to go down the Kinko’s route. I wanted a card that could “speak” for me- to represent me long after I gave it to someone. I checked out a bunch of internet-based printing companies, and decided on MOO. Their site is easy to maneuver, tons of great design options, and really great quality products. The long and the short of it- Easy to design and order, everything looks great.
MOO uses heavy stock paper (350 g/sm), about twice the weight of what you’d find at competitors. Moo’s signature card design is the “MiniCard” – 1″x 2.75″, great for trade shows or an easy calling card. I went with their standard business card size -3.25″x 2.25″ and used the Colour Lovers palettes for the back of my cards- 18 different palettes with your order. By the way, if you haven’t heard of Colour Lovers yet, you really owe it to yourself to check them out regularly. Great creative community for all artists and people who use color during their day.
Back to Moo: for custom designs, you can upload up to 100 images and mix them within your order, or pull designs from their other stock galleries. After that, all you have to do is decide how many you want and how fast you want to receive them. The only slow element in the process is the cutting of your cards (about three days). With regular shipping, you can easily receive your finished cards in a week.
The result is beautiful a high quality business card that you’ll be happy to hand to a client. And its worth noting that even the packaging is well done- all business cards come in nice display-worthy boxes with sorting tabs.

Really great article discussing how cool moo.com is
I love MOO too! I used them recently for cards and I chose from one of their artist series. I get lots of compliments on them too
I like how the back of the cards can be unique. People like the idea of getting a unique card of their own.
