Weber | Designed Grilling
Hey Dad, when is dinner ready?!
Spring, Spring, Spring! And the sun has finally arrived- just in time for the weekend!
I’m sure by now you’re all for breaking out the grill (if in fact you ever really put it away for Winter). In my grilling past, I’ve gone through every conceivable style of grill- hibachi, rectangular gas grill, open campfire, even the ceramic egg-style.
Nothing is quite like the classic Weber One Touch kettle grill though. Designed and first sold in 1952, the original kettle shape has changed very little since then. The round shape and curved bottom allows for easy lighting and balanced heat. The coals naturally fall to the center giving you a core from which to work- well done in the center, less done around the side. Simple.
Easy to manage living in the burbs or the big City-(nothing better than a rooftop cookout!) And for less than $70.00, its a good bargain. A little lighter fluid, some charcoal, and you’re on your way. They’ve even made a tailgater (or fire escape) size…
The Weber kettle is one of those perfect designs. You could always change it or add to it, but the core idea is just right the way it is.
Enjoy your weekend!
